RETURNS POLICY

OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY

We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved curating it for you. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return if things aren't quite right.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same pristine condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also necessary to process your return.

Initiating a Return: To kickstart your return, please reach out to us at care@artizenaura.com 📧. Upon approval of your return, we'll provide you with a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package back to us. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If there's an issue with a defective or damaged item, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately. This allows us to quickly assess the problem and make it right. 🛠️

Please note, sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Exchanges: If you're looking to exchange an item for something else, the quickest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds: Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Keep in mind, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
